TenderSpace republishes the South African government's own procurement record, the National Treasury eTenders feed, in analysis-ready form. Where a supplier is named on this site, the naming is descriptive only: a restatement of published awards, such as “this buyer's largest supplier by award count” or a firm's own award history in company search. We attach no judgement to any name.
Our statistical observations, such as capability-coherence flags or price outliers, are published only as anonymous aggregates. No firm is named in connection with any flag, and a flag is a reason to look closer at a pattern, never a finding about anyone.
The underlying data has known limits, stated on the methodology page: coverage of the portal is voluntary for many buyers, values are incomplete, and firm names are canonicalized from inconsistent source spellings. Errors are possible and we want to fix them.
If your firm is named
If you believe anything shown about your firm is inaccurate, misattributed (for example two firms merged under one name, or your name matched to another entity), or missing context, write to hello@camptral.com with the firm name and the page in question. We commit to:
- acknowledging within a few working days;
- correcting demonstrable data errors (miscanonicalized names, wrong matches) in the next data refresh;
- publishing a short response alongside the relevant surface where a factual dispute cannot be resolved from the source data.
The source record itself belongs to the National Treasury; where the portal's own data is wrong, corrections must also be raised with the publishing buyer or Treasury.
